Fixing Inner Thoughts &
Finding A Balance

will be your keys to a healthier lifestyle!
With me as your guide, I will help you with the trifecta: Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, and Healthy Soul!
5 things to know when you're starting over?
1.) Be honest with yourself.
For example, if you know you love to do a certain thing - you may not want to cold turkey restrict yourself from it.
2.) Set attainable goals.
If you haven't worked out consistently in months - you might not want to tell yourself
you're going to work out 7 days a week. If you
miss a day, because duh life - it may be hard to get back in the groove.
3.) Take it slow.
You don't want to burn yourself out by doing the most and stop going altogether because you're tired or too sore to walk after four days.
4.) Try not to reward yourself with food.
You're not a dog. You don t need a food-related
"treat" for losing weight. Plus, how
counterproductive!
5.) Don't be too hard on yourself.
Notice, I said "too" hard.
Don't compare your Day 1
to someone else's Day 200
