It's one thing to be having a bad day it's another to feel like that day is continuous like you just cannot catch a break. Depression is very real and can present itself in many ways sometimes we think we can handle these feelings on our own but sometimes it's best to seek out help professionally. I was feeling really sad and unloved like I know people love me but I didn't feel it. I reached out for help and it's the best thing I could of ever done for myself. It has put some things in perspective, and is helping me to maneuver through things and people easier. I've learned it's o.k. to cut off toxic people no matter what role they play in your life that's family, friend, or foe you should not have anyone around you that is negative because you take on that energy. I'm working on me from the inside out so I can be better for me... I can't be good to no one if I don't put myself first and set boundaries.. People only do to you what you allow you have to show people how you wanted to be treated by not allowing anything that your not comfortable with. If the people around you don't respect your boundaries they don't respect you and you don't want no one around you like that. Now after working on me I need to work on my marriage will be seeking out professional help for that as well check your insurance company because they do pay for marriage counseling.. Before you decide it's The End you should speak to someone who is non-bias and experienced...
