Sleeve Gastrectomy/ Bariatric surgery

I've been battling with my weight for 3 years now trying different things some successful some not so much.... With a lot of research, a seminar, and consultation with the surgeon on today I've decided to go forth on my journey to weight loss surgery. Some of you may think this is the "easy" way out and you would be wrong.... Up until my surgery date I cannot go over the weight I am as of today so that means I have to work really hard at either maintaining my current weight or lowering it. After surgery my stomach will no longer be the same so that means I must change my entire eating style aka extreme portion control, keeping active, vitamins, etc. This is a choice I made for myself and I have a very supportive cast around me that I appreciate to the fullest.... I'm excited, nervous, and scared all at the same time.... Follow my journey via social media!!
