Taking parenting with a grain of salt and a shot of tequila!

Got up took the kids to school had to run errands for my business so I went to target to get the raw materials because they were cheaper there then at my local supermarket. I had my list ready and then I ran into the area where everything is $5 and under why did I stop there??? I got 3 $7 tote bags nice for spring... (my teenager is using one as I type smh) got some crayons for the boys, coloring books, water bottles etc. Now I finally reach the section I'm supposeto be in. Sugar✔ Flour✔ Buttermilk ✔×6 cause buttermilk is expensive but they had it for the low low.... Butter✔ Eggs✔ Heavy Cream✔ I go stand on the line for check out realized most of the other stuff I did not come for was unnecessary. Paid for my stuff and now heading across the way to Party City with bags I can't physically carry so I have the target shopping cart I'm in tow hoping no one says anything to me about it. Get what I needed out of there and now I'm waiting for my Lyft it's 2 mins away and OH SHIT I forgot the powdered sugar I never looked at my trusty list smh!!! I tried to cancel it was gonna cost me almost $9 to cancel instead of the $6 they were charging me to get home so now I have to spend almost $3 on powered sugar instead of $1 and change..... 😔 I get home bake all the necessary cakes before it's time to go get the boys I'm on a roll.... I was able to shower & dress and now it was time to take the cakes out 3 out of 4 cakes made it to the table to cool that last cake slipped out my hand hit the floor and jumped out of the pan 😭 Son of a Bitch!!!! I have to redo the cake later. Now I'm trying to get to the nail salon to replace my jewel that fell off and get my feet done b4 it's time to get the boys..... Now I get a call from the school middle son is gouging and needs me to administer his inhaler oh boy I get to the school guess whose fine???? Smdh!!! So I only have enough time to fix my jewel..... Back home doing hw with the boys waiting for the teenager to get home cause we all have to go to her 4pm appt. What an interesting appointment with the psychologist...... An hour and so later now we are on our way to parent teacher conference for the teenager not a great place to be with 2 younger kids whose attention span is as long as a flea ugh.... One of the teachers had to take the youngest cause he had a melt down and she knew surely I was gonna be on the 8pm news!!!! The teenager has a lot to make up by the 15th of her bday on the 17th is gonna be just another day. Finally get home at 8pm the boys bed time and there's no dinner in sight hot dogs it is cause they need to be out of my sight as soon as possible don't be judging my meal choice it was that or me being committed!!! Trying figure out when is MTA gonna let my husband free before I have a mentalbreak down that time wouldn't be till 9:30 I didn't think I would make it but I did I survived that day I have yet to redo the cake about to do that now!!!! PARENTS SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES!!
