Let the Loc Journey Begin!

So I've decided to start my journey with the help of my 14 year old daughter.... The first 2 pics are my original starters which were done 1/4/18 which I were ok with but then my husband suggested I get them done professionally for neatness I guess. I used the Taliah Waajid styling cream because it's what I had on hand and it says you can loc with it, it did pretty good but didn't hold to well.... So I decided to research another product which is the Jamaican Mango and lime locking gel which smells amazing by the way.... I re-twisted and fixed some of the none neat ones and the out come is giving me life. The fact that my daughter helped me start the journey makes me appreciate it that much more and I will not be going to a professional until Maybe a month from now to see if they are healthy and locking well...... #loclife #myjourneybegins #locsista
