Most people wait until January first to start making whatever changes in their life. I on the other hand have decided to make some small changes now. I'm 2 days into my 5 day clean eating challenge I'm running with a few other ladies, to help me detox my body from all the unhealthy things I've been putting into it. It's funny how the body works soon as you start treating it better it starts to treat you better. I am going through the highs and lows of detoxing feeling really sick at times, and the amount of trips to the bathroom is ridiculous with all this water I'm drinking. After these 5 days of detoxing it should put some things into perspective for me as far as how I will eat going forward. I'm not saying I'm going to be a health buff or anything but having 3 kids and no alcohol is just out of the question lol. The goal is to pay attention to my intake and not over do it MODERATION is the keyword. Starting next week I will be adding some excerCIZE to m daily routine to keep active. I am speaking to someone to help me with my anxiety, and how to relax cause apparently I don't know how to do that. Will soon be going to workshops with my husband to strengthen our marriage. I've gotten back into reading to keep my mind occupied on something other than my phone. Now it's time to look for something that will be nourishing to my soul. It's time to take care of me, because If I'm not good I can't be good to anyone else. I love me and now it's time to start showing it in a different way.
