I've been doing this program for 8 days now and I have 22 more days to go. Week 1 was rough but I made it through. Upon completing each workout each day I felt stronger, fiercer, more bad ass then the day before. Upon completing today's workout mma shred, I physically felt my body transforming. I felt something happen in my core, my upper arms felt crazy, and my thighs felt so firm. I don't know what is happening to my body but I'm going to let it do what it was meant to do. Someone who looks like me you usually wouldn't find doing such a high intensity workout with crazy moves, but I needed this program, I didn't want to just have fun and dance, I wanted to move with a purpose, I needed to feel empowered. This workout shows me I can kick ass in anything I put my mind to. My ultimate goal is to be a BAD ASS PLUS SIZED FIT CHICK! I can't wait to be done with this program to see how much my body transformed from beginning to end. Thus far I am so proud of myself!!!
