3-Day Refresh

I ordered this a few days ago maybe a week I don't quite remember any who it arrived today. I opened the box live on Facebook to share with family and friends what this kit was and how it was going to help me in 3 days. To be honest I'm scared because the last time I did a detox I thought I would die lol no literally, and that was for 5 days so hopefully in a shorter time frame I don't feel the same way. I will be documenting each day via Facebook and other platforms so people can see in real time how I'm managing, I believe this will help me stay on track and give me the support I need to finish. After the 3 day refresh is done Sunday night I will be starting the health bet on Monday where I have to post me doing 3 workouts and drinking 5 shakeologies weekly for a month. My fitness journey has fizzled and I'm hoping this refresh will give me the jump start that I need to get through the health bet and continue me on my journey to a healthier, fitter life.... Tomorrow morning I will be weighing and measuring myself, and then again Monday morning. I have no real weight goals I know I'm going to Puerto Rico next month and I want some kind of results by then, but that means I need to be vigilant. My next order of business is my birthday in May I'm having a spa party and my bathing suit needs to EVERYTHING and my CONFIDENCE needs to match.... See you all on the other side!!!
